Terms and Conditions
Article 1 — General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Karen & Olivia Vancouver and to every agreement between Karen & Olivia Vancouver and the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 — Offers and Products
We make every effort to display our products, prices, images, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately and clearly as possible.
Minor differences in color, fit, or material may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing differences, or information provided by our suppliers.
Article 3 — Orders and Agreement
The agreement between the customer and Karen & Olivia Vancouver is established when the customer places an order and the payment has been successfully completed.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Article 4 — Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Any customs duties, import charges, taxes, or administrative fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
The average delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing, depending on the supplier, carrier, order volume, and customs procedures.
The stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Article 6 — Returns
Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
Returned products must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Returned with the original tags attached
Returns that have not been registered in advance may be refused.

Article 7 — Complaints
Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable period and should be clearly and completely described.

Article 8 — Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Karen & Olivia Vancouver is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by third parties, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or improper use of products.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Article 9 — Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
The most current version will always be available on our website. Any changes will apply from the date the updated version is published, unless otherwise required by law.
