Return Policy
1. Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
After submitting a return request, the customer has an additional 14 days to send the product back.
2. Return Conditions
A return will only be accepted if:
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging are included where reasonably possible
- The product has no signs of use, perfume odors, makeup stains, or other damage
- The return has been registered in advance by contacting info@karenandolivia.com
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or the product is demonstrably defective.
Because our products are fulfilled through international suppliers, the return address may differ from our business address.
Always contact us first to receive the correct return address before sending a product back.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, send an email to:
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the product arrived damaged or the wrong product was delivered
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded unless required by applicable law or if the return is the result of an error on our part.
6. Exceptions
Returns may be refused if products have been:
- Worn
- Washed
- Damaged
- Returned incomplete
- Returned after the applicable return period
