Shipping Policy

At Karen & Olivia Vancouver, we offer free shipping with tracking within Canada.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully approved.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, the average delivery time is 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to shipping volumes, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after the carrier has processed your package.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within Canada.

At checkout, the shipping option will be displayed as:

“Free Shipping with Tracking”

5. Delays

Karen & Olivia Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a significant or prolonged delay, we will contact the shipping carrier on behalf of the customer where possible.
